After a rigorous scientific evaluation process, Bomi Technology stood out with its outstanding contributions and innovative capabilities in key materials for integrated circuits (photosensitive polyimide electronic materials for integrated circuit packaging), and was successfully approved for the Shandong Province Integrated Circuit Industry Financial Award.
